“The terms HDMI, HDMI High-Definition Multimedia Interface, and the HDMI logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc.”. According to the Adopted Trademark and Logo Usage Guideline (ATLUG) from HDMI LA, authorized licensees, distributors, and resellers who use HDMI LA’s trademarks on physical products, packaging, or promotion materials of the compliant products, they shall include the following notice on all related materials, including (but not limited to) packaging, brochures, manuals, advertising, websites, and product filers:

“The Adopted Trademarks like HDMI, HDMI High-Definition Multimedia Interface, and the HDMI logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc. in the United States and other countries.”

OR

“The terms HDMI, HDMI High-Definition Multimedia Interface, and the HDMI logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc.”
 

In addition, “when any of the Adopted Trademarks are used in product listing or advertisement on thrid-party marketplace website (e.g, Amazon, eBay, NewEgg, Rakutuen, Alibaba), the above notice should be included in the product description in the product page or advertisement.”
